Collection: KITCHEN KNIVES

At Karintō we have a small collection of premium Japanese knives that are easy to handle for everyday cooking – so no rusting nor single-bevel edges ("kataba"), and will go a long way with all sorts of culinary journey.

We have some wonderfully beautiful and functional knives from Sakai, Osaka – the heart of blade making in Japan for over 600 years.

Our Perfect Everyday Kitchen Knife by Nakagawa is a compact and mobile piece, that can be easily used like a petit knife but can also do the heavy lifting job like Santoku. Very reliable.
