Mino Ware Teapot – Konare Series

A Japanese ceramic teapot designed for a good brewing of loose-leaf tea. The gently rounded body holds around 470ml, making it suitable for sharing tea at the table. Inside, a wide built-in strainer allows tea leaves to open fully while making the pot easy to clean after use.

Part of the Konare series, the teapot shares the collection’s characteristic wide rim and softly balanced proportions. The handle is shaped to offer a comfortable and stable grip when pouring and comes in three muted colour tones.

Produced in Mino, Japan’s largest ceramic producing region. This piece is made by Shinzangama Yamatsu, a kiln with over 150 years of history in Toki City, working within the long tradition of practical tableware crafted for daily life.
