Kyoto Incense Set — six fragrances from one of Japan's oldest incense houses.

A considered gift, or a gentle way into Japanese incense. This set brings a little of Kyoto into the home. Made by Kungyokudo, the incense house established in 1594, it holds six fragrances inspired by Kyoto's sights — Lotus of Mimuroto, Sakura of Daigo, Otowa Waterfall, and more. Blended from natural ingredients on traditional recipes, refined for modern preferences.

A small window in the lid shows the colours even when closed — lovely enough to leave out on a shelf. A brass incense holder is included, so everything you need to begin is in the box.

Available in two sets, Vermilion and Indigo, each with a different selection (Sakaimachi 101 appears in both). See Product Details for the fragrances in each.
