Mino Ware Tea Cup – Frustrum Series

A Japanese ceramic tea cup designed to accompany the Frustum teapot. Its gently tapered form sits comfortably in the hand while the wide rim allows the aroma of freshly brewed tea to open as you drink.

Part of the Frustum series, a collection of tea ware defined by a gently tapered profile inspired by geometric frustum forms. The series explores a clear, balanced geometry across its pieces, with a touch of handcrafted warmth.

Produced in Mino, the region responsible for more than half of Japan’s ceramic tableware production. This cup is made by Shinzan-gama Yamatsu, a kiln in Toki City with more than 150 years of experience crafting practical ceramic tableware.
