Handcrafted transparent cube preserving someiyoshino—Japan's most iconic cherry blossom.
The name comes from a gardener in Somei village during the Edo era (17th-19th century) who began distributing this cultivar under the name "Yoshino." Thanks to its fast growth, someiyoshino quickly became the nation's most popular ornamental cherry blossom—the very image that comes to mind when picturing sakura season.
Created by Usagi no Nedoko in Kyoto, each Sola Cube is a "small universe" packed in crystal-clear resin. The more you observe, the more you're drawn into the intricate details of the preserved blossom within. Compact and versatile, it's perfect for display in any space and works beautifully as a stylish paperweight.
