Collection: Jicon
Jicon is a porcelain brand rooted in 350 years of history, created by Hajime Imamura in collaboration with designer Oji Masanori.
The Imamura pottery family served as the official kiln of the Hirado domain before relocating to Arita, establishing what became Touetsugama kiln in Saga Prefecture. Today, Hajime and his wife Maki craft Jicon using the same materials as their ancestors—local Amakusa porcelain stone—and white porcelain techniques honed through generations.
Created as an offshoot collection for daily life, Jicon brings centuries of craftsmanship into contemporary tableware for everyday use.
